FALTA DE PROTOCOLO DE COMUNICACIÓN Y EMERGENCIA
1. Instrutivo de ingreso con la clave no es clara, no se indica que es clave y al final #. 2. No contestan al numero para un emergencia. 3. No estuvieron pendiente del ingreso 4. los vigilantes no conocen protocolos de emergencia con el propietario y emergencia de acceso. en mi ingreso demore mas de 1hora dado que la clave no la tomaba y luego funciono. nunca me contestaron.
