Probably the BEST location in the entire Sapporo! Conveniently located at the Cocono mall in the middle of Susukino where is known for the iconic Nikka Signboard, all the famous restaurants, touristy spots. And the hotel is connected to the train station directly. The room is pretty small and has a very low ceiling but otherwise a great spot for a location and the convenience.

Excellent location. Good service provided by all staffs. Special mention/thanks to Mitsuki-san, a very kind lady staff at the front desk who helped us to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel at Tokyo, very polite and patient even though we asked a lot of questions. Didn’t hear noise from our rooms from level 12/15 even tho this area seem rather lively. We will likely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Sapporo.

New hotel. Good size rooms with all the basic amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrush, razor, etc.) No shower cap though. Hotel is connected to a theater and a shopping complex with Daiso and lots of places to eat. Subway entrance is right in front of hotel with lots of underground shopping. Airport limo bus stop is across the hotel.

Pros: -Close to subway, great bars, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions -Located in the middle of downtown, so it’s lively at night but not too crazy. -Clean, modern, quiet room, and surprisingly spacious. -Located above a popular shopping mall with a great bakery and markets Cons: None.
