On value for money I would give it 5/5, very cheap and the accommodation matches but was adequate. However, I have given it 1/5 for the very creepy and very poor communication. Despite mailing in the morning (and he confirmed my email was received) I had no communication in reply so had to turn up blind at 22:00 (which was one hour before checking in cut off time). I arrived to dark accommodation with rooms & lockboxes with no instructions. Eventually I got through to Hotels.com (AI robot) who gave me a phone number to ring (now 22:30). The man I phoned, took great enjoyment in making me grovel by telling him it was not his fault that I had waited half an hour to get to my room , he kept repeating this and he was getting huge enjoyment about threatening us not getting into a room, all very creepy. I was so annoyed that I lost nearly a whole nights sleep. It was like a sinister episode of Fawlty Towers. We departed as soon as we could the next day, I would definitely not recommend this property, so much so that I would like this man reported.
