We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you need. We would stay there again.

Funcional e prático
Apto pequeno, mas funcional e limpo. Fiquei no primeiro andar e tinha uma áreazinha tipo terraço. A localização é muito boa se você pretende se deslocar de uber. Muitos bares bem perto, hamburgueria, restaurantes, alguns mercadinhos também. Tem mercadinho na recepção, mas pra comprar tem que baixar app e é meio burocrático. O hotel tem uma academia pequena e uma piscina também pequena, mas gostosa, e algumas áreas externas pra relaxar. O barulho dos aviões não me incomodou, mas pessoas mas sensíveis podem não gostar. Aliás, ponto positivo ser bem perto de congonhas.

O hotel é lindo e bem estruturado, oferecendo comodidades como academia, piscina e um café da manhã de boa qualidade. O atendimento dos colaboradores foi excelente, sempre prestativos e atenciosos. O quarto tem um tamanho razoável e é confortável, embora o banheiro seja um pouco pequeno. A estrutura do quarto é bem equipada, contando com micro-ondas, geladeira, fogão por indução e cafeteira, o que traz praticidade para a estadia. Um detalhe que achei um mimo foi a disponibilização de duas cápsulas de café. O kit de higiene fornecido também é de boa qualidade. Outro ponto positivo é o mini mercado dentro do hotel, que facilita muito a vida dos hóspedes. O único ponto que me incomodou foi o barulho dos aviões decolando e pousando no Aeroporto de Congonhas. Tenho sono leve e isso me fez acordar assustado algumas vezes durante a noite. Talvez, se o hotel tivesse investido melhor na acústica dos quartos, esse impacto pudesse ser minimizado. Para quem não se incomoda com ruídos, pode não ser um problema, mas para quem tem sono leve, vale considerar esse detalhe. No geral, uma ótima experiência com estrutura e atendimento de qualidade, mas com um ponto de atenção para o isolamento acústico.
