Fantastic central location. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us, let us check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room, always friendly and polite. The room was a nice size by amsterdam standards and clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet on such a busy street.

Very central location, nice people, clean rooms, but the hotel would need a renovation to be brought back up to its pictures promises.

This is a great little place to stay. Close to the central station, so very easy to get from the airport and settled. When I make it back, I’ll stay here again.

Great location close to the train station and the sites. Room was a clean and a good size. Really nice shower. Bonus parting gift of some snacks when checking out. Staff was very pleasant.

6/10 Good

The hotel location was superb. However, our room only had a window to a tiny dark backspace making this specific room rather dark, which some people might be ok with.

The television in the room never worked. Reported in numerous times but problem was never rectified. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and snacks were also pleasant. Carpet in hallway had several stains. The room was satisfactory but not exceptional.

Staff were nice, location was very good! Air con was nice in the middle of July! Triple room with private bathroom was spacey enough for 3 people… can be a bit noisy at night as it’s on a Main Street. Fresh towels and toilet paper every day!

Loved the location. The staff were super helpful. The shower pressure was fantastic. The bed was super clean and comfy. Down side: it’s impossible to have a shower with out getting the floor wet and the carpet is a bit old. I would stay again for sure.
