2/3 front desk were AMAZINGLY helpful and kind. Exceptional, truly. However, the 1 that wasn’t should find another gig. Not hotels fault, maybe the one that was rude and disrespectful was having a bad day, but we had lost power, had major damage to our home, were displaced and didn’t need the rudeness, frankly. We had our 2 dogs with us the second night and they even provided dog beds!
