The property was in a great location to the Tube, stores and restaurants. The main issue with the property had to do with their lack of good mattresses. Despite them changing my room mid-stay due to the condition of the mattress in the initial room, the second room likewise had a very bad mattress. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels replaced as well. The breakfast was of a continental type with the same items each day. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

L'hôtel simple la chambre normal attachant quand on part à Londres on ne reste pas dans l'hôtel donc pas la peine d'avoir une telle luxueuse pour dormir ça suffit largement la literie est pas top au niveau confort au niveau propreté ça va vous étiez en 3 dans une chambre la salle de bain un peu petit mais personnellement nous on s'en fout ça nous dérange pas du tout dans l'ensemble je mettrai à 6 sur 10 ce qui est agréable c'est qu'il y a l'ascenseur nous nous étions au 4e étage la vue était pas terrible et au niveau de la fenêtre c'était pas très propre hormis ça on s'en fout

Nära paddington station som var smidigt när man skulle in till stan. Kunde även gå till Hyde park snabbt. Väldigt dålig standard på rummet. Smutsigt &trasigt lite här och där, och liten hård säng. Inte mer än 2,5 stjärnigt.

The location, around the corner from Paddington Station, was easy to maneuver. We included the breakfast in the reservation and were pleasantly surprised by the full buffet of cereal, yogurt, ham, cheese, breakfast rolls, bread and more. We traveled with young kids and were accommodated well.
