8/10 Very good

We had a two day stay in a family room. Very clean and was ready ahead of check in . Very good customer service at desk. We didn’t manage to get hotel parking but there were plenty of car parking facilities very close to hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate and seemed to cater for all tastes. Overall a very good stay

Great location, Very clean, welcoming staff, parking not straight forward although we found a car park round the corner albeit down a one way street so if you don't know the area bit of a pain! But in general would stay there again.

The location was perfect. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was 10/10. I absolutely loved that they had their own parking. Domestic staff can do better with the cleaning, especially the corners & crevices in the bathroom.

A little disappointed. I had been there two years ago and it was so much better. Not well-maintained … Staff is great. Breakfast was normal, but not fabulous.

10/10 Exceptional

Very good stay, nice clean room, comfortable bed and good tea/coffee tray. Room had hairdryer/iron and fan. Good choice of breakfast. Nice, helpful staff. Hotel is in a really central location and within easy walking distance of everything. The very big plus is that there is secure parking for residents just around the corner and very reasonably priced to others I’ve stayed at.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean, but the bathroom was small. The shower in our room didn't drain properly so you were standing in tray full of water as you showered. It took about 10 mins after finishing to drain away. The breakfast was OK but not really worth the £17 if you hadn't booked in advance. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and we had a good sleep.
