Good hotel
Pretty good on the whole for the price paid. Room was comfortable, Wi-Fi connection was very good. Parking was a 2 minute walk away from a secured car park, which was half price thanks to Ibis. The only reason why it isn’t a 5 star review is because the aircon didn’t work, but wasn’t a major problem for me but can imagine it being an issue in the hot summer months.

Pretty much what you would expect
Prompt check in upon arrival, explained in advance via email about half price parking at Q PArk just across the road. Room is as you would expect from an Ibis. Small breakfast area with attentive staff. A small selection of breakfast items, but more than fine. Pretty quite room which is good. Only minor glitch was no housekeeping on last day. Came back late in the evening after a full day out to find unmade bed and wet towels still on floor.

Room tidy and clean. Extra pillows in room. Shower wash and soap in room. Friendly polite staff, great place to stay. Parked across from the hotel in multi-storey car park which offers a discount for hotel guests. Very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to Ponds Forge sports centre is ideal. Had issues with noise throughout the night, particularly the second night of stay resulting in 2 calls to front desk. They responded immediately but inconsiderate guests continued to disrupt sleep throughout the night. Unfortunate since purpose of trip was to compete in university swimming championships. Other issue is that room was not cleaned and towels replaced over the weekend.

It was amazing. I found the hotel very clean and the room was very cosy. A certain woman at the reception was exceptionally kind and I'd like to recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Sheffield for a short stay or even an overnight stay.
