Well located for business with a major subway line nearby and rapid connection to the airport train line. Also easy access to highways to get to the business district. A bit far from city center , tourist attractions and authentic dining options. Needs better management and refurbishment
The hotel is quite dated.The design of the lobby is quite bizarre; the elevators all have different lighting intensity. Check-in took quite a long time with only 2 receptionists. The room looked tired. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous but presentations were terrible. Taste of food was mediocre. Worse thing in the restaurant is poor service and ripped furniture with sticky surfaces.
