Beds and pillows are very comfortable!! Excellent hotel, incredibly clean, good service. Good location, there are many buses that takes you to the hotel or even it is a walkable distance from the metro station and the cable car that takes you to the Victoria peak. I would recommend it and I would stay again there!

Firstly I want to say thank you to everyone from Front Desk, Concierge and Housekeeping. They’re superb, professional, friendly and extremely helpful particularly when I had extended my stay. They always here try to help if possible. Everything was great. There’s a supermarket next door. Easy to get around everywhere. Just the bathroom was a bit outdated. Otherwise, I’d say it’s a perfect stay.

Other than the daily change of towels & garbage, my husband & I enjoyed walking through the Botanical Garden on our way to the Central MTR station every day. Even though the hotel is a bit out of the way to the MTR station, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time once we arrived from the airport and also after our check-out time to go to the airport. A must to go swimming in the pool on a hot & humid day. The staff were friendly and helpful.
