Unfortunately there are so many things wrong with this company/suite. This was our second time staying with Kasa, last year at the same time we stayed in suite 2025, this year we were put in 2023, Last year when we stayed in 2025 we had issues with the bed, the description clearly stated in multiple areas of the listing that they had memory foam beds, when we arrived it was an awful spring mattress that was super bouncy, Now to some that may not matter but we had specifically chosen to stay at this location because we both have some back issues and sleep on a foam mattress at home. When we brought this up with Kasa at first they insisted that it was a memory foam bed. I proceeded to send over photos and videos of proof that it in fact was not. They had no explanation, said they were sorry and someone would come “fix it” it took them five days for someone to install a memory foam topper, which helped but again still not as advertised. This year in suite 2023 the bed had an awful dip in the middle and my husband and I were forced to sleep squished together because we kept rolling into the center
When we messaged about this concern someone after 3 nights came and installed some makeshift solution, again the bed was better but not perfect.
Suite 2023 had black bugs in the kitchen area that crawled on the stove and some of the food boxes we had on the counter.
The air con leaked water onto my head every morning, and every night there was an awful dripping sound from the sink.
