Not the worst but not the best either
The hotel was a bit outdated and needed some deep cleaning. The plates, cups, ans silverware provided were not clean. I recommend bringing your own soap and sponge if you plan on using anything and paper towels. Also, you need to bring all your spices, oils, and cooking supplies if you plan to use the kitchen. I will say the room is a great size with comfortable seating and the view is amazing. Conveniently located to just about everything, just a short drive away. The family amusement park it right outside the hotel also and can be seen from your room, depending on what side you are staying on.

Lazy River area was infested with bugs
We usually stay at Sandy Beach 4-5 times a year and everything is always superb. However this stay was different. The room was wonderful but with it being a holiday we came down to enjoy the pools as well, unfortunately there was a roach infestation by the pools. I notified the front desk the first night and they didn’t seem too concerned. The second night and third night was the same issue so we didn’t use the lazy river.
