6/10 Good

Poor breakfast service
Poor breakfast service on the last day.coffee made in a cafeteria but appeared to be instant .Very weak clear liquid when pored.Sent back but told that’s all the coffee they had. Poor service due to only one staff member working and cooking .Abrupt when we asked for orange juice and it never appeared.

8/10 Very good

Owned and run by two brothers, who obviously take pride in their achievement. The food was good, though a little pretentious, and apart from waiting a while to be served, then discovering we should order at the bar, quite tasty. We reported that the water heater in our room was not working properly on the day we arrived. It was not fixed by the time we left.

6/10 Good

It was good value, for the room .but there are quite a few ironing out issues, they are a new business so they may sort themselves out . Nobody seems to know what is going on. When we arrived,we were told to sit outside and a menu would be bought over. Which was immediately forgotten,so I went to the bar ,by which time I had to wait behind other customers to ask for the menu. Food reasonably priced, but not good. The strangest thing, was ,we needed to get away early, and went into breakfast when they opened,so when it came to settling the bill,we were told the manager would not be there till 9.30,so we duly came back then, and the poor chap behind the bar (not the manager)at that time couldn’t seem to be able to process the payment .So he advised calling in by telephone,so we even called in on our way back home that day so we could pay. Really strange, and I would have thought concerning for them as a business.
