But the friendliness and dedication of the staff were excellent. At the pool, the beach or the restaurants. The room was comfortable. The bad points. What's with the bath tub in the room! I can't imagine people lying in a tub that had been used by hundreds before. Why not just a shower cubicle? The air conditioning was quite cold but it roared like a helicopter taking off each time the thermostat kicked in. Should I comment about the Dead Sea? Hmm. Apart from it being the lowest place on earth at 435 metres below sea level... The golf carts can be very useful to carry the residents to and from the main buildings to the shore etc but the reckless drivers share the same paths as people who prefer a stroll and i witnessed at least 2 very near misses that would just destroy the reputation of the hotel. Also parking was impossible during the weekend.

It was very very good stay👍🌹 Important all the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The golf club cars is an amazing idea. The breakfast was wonderful there was a lot of variety in the menu.

We love this hotel, especially the sandy pool and the connected family room. The staff were generally nice and helpful. However, the hotel was quite crowded with large Jordanian groups. This was particularly noticeable at breakfast, where the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. Additionally, some staff appeared to be more attentive toward female guests.
