We were in London for my son’s Kendo practice and saw other families there for baseball. It’s a very nice hotel. Used the gym and pool and both facilities were clean and enjoyable. The room was nice with two queen beds. Few things that stuck out was there was dog pee in the elevator which was eventually cleaned up, our room A/C was very loud (it may need a tune up), and we wanted to extend our check out and was told there was a small fee which I was I fine with. Then the next morning went to confirm the extension and was told someone booked our specific room and so we won’t be able to get the additional paid extension. It wasn’t their fault, but a lesson I learned is to just book and pay for that extension right then and there and don’t wait. Overall, it was a good stay. (Free parking and breakfast is always a plus)
