Lovely place to explore Hanoi from! Vivian and her team were consistently so friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Old Quarter. Hotel is perfectly located within 15min walking distance of the main touristic sites of Hanoi. I was allocated a nice room on the top floor with a nice view of the city. the staff was super nice, always asking if they could do something to help us. Breakfast was nice.

With heartfelt thanks to the amazing Vivian, Ryan and the rest of the team for delivering service worthy of a five-star hotel. Their local recommendations were excellent, their humour and warmth was genuine and constant, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A pay rise is definitely in order! Add to that a fantastic location by Hoan Kiem Lake, lots of good food & coffee nearby, and I can’t recommend Victor Gallery highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!
