Check in was quick and efficient. Room was clean spacious. The entrance ceiling was shifted and looked like it was ready to fall off. Bed was comfy. Pillow was old. Towels werent clean (had dark stains), shampoo dispensers had moulds, spotted centripede on the floor, bed sheets werent clean either, A/C unit was very loud, gym wasnt bad. The only appreciating things were front desk (hospitable & helpful), Tim Hortons 24/7 across the hotel, free parking, swimming pool. Travelled with family. None were impressed.

We had a newly renovated room on the third floor facing the parking lot, but it’s also got views of the water. Check in and out was fast. There was a bit of noise transfer from the adjacent rooms, but very minor. All seemed clean except a few crevices of the bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a very good location for accessing the downtown area. The staff was very welcoming and check-in was easy. The rooms were fine. I particularly appreciated the very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was not the cleanest...and they jerry-rigged a shower curtain to replace the sliding door that was missing. The TV options were also minimal and any channels were off-line. The pool and hot tub were fine.

We were disappointed because there was no room cleaning during our 3 night stay. We thought they would at least come after 2 night to swipe the floors and empty the garbage but no...we had to do it ourselves. The pool was nice but the water was cold. Another disappointment. Overall its way cheeper than the Jaro but much less enjoyable too. We wont be returning unfortunatly. The location is good to visit everything near Quebec wish was a good thing.

Upgrades were in progress while we were there, though it was discouraging to be woken up at 7:00 am by the carpenters laying new flooring in the room above ours. It actually startled us awake. Staff seemed indifferent. In other reviews, it was noted that excessive condensation forms on the plate-glass windows. It was so pronounced that we needed several towels to contain the pools of water. The room was recently refreshed, but the hotel and pool are just getting a bit tired. The photos online are deceiving. It's middle-of-the-road at best. The common area on a balcony above the pool was nice. However, it was dated like the rest of the property. The location was good and easily accessible for our stay. The hotel sits between a Tim Hortons and McDonalds which was handy. St. Huberts is directly across the street. There is no complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again, but it is satisfactory for a family on a budget.

Place near de Old Québec and many other place to visit ( Orléans Island, ste-anne, Beauport bay) Its been renovated a little bit since our last visit but could improve à bit more. Walls are a bit thin, clim is noisy in the room. Now to 240v charger witch is nice, but not enough according the fact it was always occupied.

No issues, very clean, but minor things could be rectified. Bathroom door was a bit hard to close, curtain had 3 hooks off the rails, Paint was hanging off the ceiling above the swimming pool. Nothing major to make a federal case about, but otherwise, very clean, many amenities around, close to freeway. Staff polite and helpful. Only annoying downside is the ventilation system, which is VERY LOUD. Not management's fault for bad HVAC implementation.
