Comfortabe stay and great neighborhood
It was a comfortable stay. The room was nicely equipped with everything including cooking utensils and a full kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which provided plenty of room and comfort for all. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants shopping nearby. Great value for the price. I will stay her again in the future.

Greatest value
This is an apartment building. To increase income they are renting units as a hotel. Great idea. Mine had a fireplace, two bedroom, two bathroom and full kitchen. Walking distance to good pubs and places to eat. I was not robbed at this hotel as I was at the Lancaster hotel. On another review I informed everyone that the Lancaster has a hidden daily fee of about 40% and they rob you at checkout and you have no recourse. This hotel has a locked door at the front opened by staff, safe, clean and enjoyable stay. Best value I have had in a room in a very long time. Great safe place for kids or private for singles like myself.

Great for families.
We stayed at this nice appartment, which had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 stories. Excellent location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. Appartments is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back. ATM machine is only about 30 yards away.

Decent hotel, great Location.
I was there with my family, 3 of us, it was in the perfect spot for us for 2 days. I was doing training at Intertec which is just around the corner(3000COP, £1, $1.50 in taxi) and we were shopping for furniture, there is LOTS of good shops nearby(walking distance).

Nice Condo Hotel in Good Neighborhood. Bogota is noisy with traffic early morning. No A/C in Bogota so better prepare yourself with earplugs and eye covers for morning sunshine but light shades

Good choice for families
This accommodation is a good choice for families. Well located in a safe area of Bogota, close to shops and amenities, with the ciclovia very close, we had several pleasant walks with our children around the area. The standard is not exactly what you would find in a 4 to 5 star hotel and there is room for improvement but the apartment is overall well furnished, comfortable, clean and well decorated. They offer complimentary daily maid service and wifi. Parking was also available. Overall we had a nice stay. For us having the space, the living area and the 2 bedrooms plus kitchen and 2 shower rooms made up for other details that needed improvement like no having a place to dry cloyhes or the boiler which seemed old and occupying half of the kitchen space. The staff was very nice. It is likely that we would use this accommodation again in our next visit.

great location, big rooms, a bit decrepit
Great location near restaurants of Av. 19, and close to Autopista Norte. Big rooms, really full apartments. Hot water and internet down in first room, was transferred to another floor where these worked. Breakfast is COP10,000 additional. You can probably find better value elsewhere, unless you really want this location.

Bad Experience - Be Careful
This hotel is not a full service property, it is like renting an apartment for a number of days. There is no breakfast or daily room cleanings, the beds are old and uncomfortable and the wifi signal is very weak. The building has serious maintenance issues. I arrived late in the evening for a 2 days stay, and drank water from the tap and brushed my teeth without looking carefully. The next day I noticed the water from the tap was brown, and the hot water did not work at all. I immediately complained, and was told the problem would be fixed within a few hours. I left for lunch and come back, when I was told by the front desk it could not be fixed until the next day (when I was scheduled to leave) and to just bear it. I packed my things and went down to reception to check out immediately due to the brown and cold water situation and obvious health risk, and a manager finally came out and offered me another apartment room after I basically yelled at her. Unfortunately, that evening I got so sick to my stomach that I do not want to even describe in detail the symptoms but you can use your imagine when it comes to stomach and instenial symptoms. I can't say for sure the cause was the brown water from the apartment, or something that I ate elsewhere. There is no way to know. Until this property gets their act together, I would avoid going back again.

Arlington Place Not impressed, in fact the building is called something else.
First of all it is not a hotel it is an apartment building where you need to purchase food, water, etc for your stay. There are restaurants near by but it served it's purpose in my case since I know Bogota the Sheraton wanted $250.00 per night. If I hadn't written down the phone number and address I never would have found the place and I speak fluent Spanish. So go figure.

Nice hotel. Well located in the north of Bogota. More like a condo apartment type. Breakfast was brought to the room. Nice comfortable bed and sofa bed. Good for the price. If your business and pleasure is in the north of Bogota, great place to stay for the pric.

Arlington Place in Bogota
I am torn about this place. The upside: great location, clean rooms, pleasant staff. The downside: no wifi - dial up only and I had trouble every day with it. NO HOT WATER in the showers: only warm (I have encountered this all over Bogota). NOISY at night if your room looks into the center of the hotel (some rooms in the two-room apartments have windows onto the central enclosed atrium. It's noisy and echoes a lot. People checking in in the middle of the night (and they DO...) make a lot of noise. I had to get up at 1:30 to go out and tell people to PLEASE be quiet.) Also: the night of a big storm, the electricity went out, and the staff did NOT have any kind of light for us when I returned from dinner at 10 pm . Not even flashlights so that we could go to our room. The desk guy offered me MATCHES, for goodness sake. I pointed out I might have burned down the place with matches. Also, the front desk could be a little more helpful: one day I asked them to get me a cab for my daughter who needed to go somewhere alone. "Es complicado" was the reply, some perfunctory attempt to get a cab, and then she just gave up. I'm lucky that I am pretty familiar with Bogota. If you are NOT, you are better off staying somewhere more helpful. And if you need constant computer access, forget it. However, the cleaning crew is delightful, the office staff is professional AND helpful and the beds are clean and comfortable. The 5th floor single rooms are a little older and dirtier though. The two bedroom, two bath apt. we had on the 3rd floor was great. No oven in the kitchen, but a microwave and stovetop both worked great.

Close to d'Norberto Spa and night life
Great place to stay, convenient to d'Norbierto's Spa, in a very safe neighborhood, close to 93rd avenue where the night life happens. The staff is very helpful, but only speaks Spanish. Breakfast delivered to the room daily, clean, on the basic side, but very good. Had a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living, dining, and 2 bathrooms - perfect for 2 friends traveling together.

Comfortable aparthotel
The location is very convenient. Rooms are ample. Ideal for a long stay. Fully equiped kitchen is a plus. Comfortable sofa, but imposible for sleeping as base was bent. Floor is carpeted and it is extremely stained and dirty from previous stay. Debris is still there from prior occupants.

Arlington place in Bogota, Colombia -
Dxhcjnkvhhvkvgna I was an American traveling  with my two teenage sons, so the fact that they could acomadate us with a two bedroom two bath, with a kitchen was great. The rates were very reasonable. Problems were; the rooms all face an atrium all in tile, so it acted like an echo chamber. So when ever guests arrived late at night, which they often did, it was very disturbing.also the garage was below the atrium with an open door to it, so all the fumes of the exhaust came right up and into the room. The room was great except for the shower in one bathroom did not work, and nobody in the hotel could seem to explain how to use the in room safe. The front desk was totally useless in everyday. Rooms were never cleaned unless 3, or 4 calls were made everyday to do so. We needed to make calls to the US and they had no idea how to do so. Also when ordering break fast virtually everything we checked off on the menu was sent to us wrong,  aside from the fact  they only serve till 8am. We ordered salt in Spanish, and after waiting over an hour, and 4 to 5 calls to the front desk a person arrived with soap.  Several more calls and another hour of waiting and a man arrived with a 1 pound bag of salt, and a bill. When we went out for the day we asked for a card so we could find our way back, it had the wrong address, and the cab driver took hours trying to find the place. Lastly upon check out,we had prepaid via the Internet they had no record of our payment. More headaches. We found it to be great accommodations as far as the room, but everything else was pretty bad. I think this hotels is better suited for the single business traveler. Not for families.    .
