** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas, and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 6€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility company.

Beautiful apartment by the sea for up to 7 people. The ideal place to spend a long season.
This fantastic apartment has all the amenities, location, and equipment to become your place of work or study.
It consists of 3 bedrooms: the first room is double with a double bed, there is a second double room with two single beds and a third room that is triple with a double bed and a single bed. All rooms have large windows, the double even has access to the terrace. In all, there are large closets to store all your belongings.

In the apartment, there are two full bathrooms, both with showers, large and spacious, with enough storage space for the 7 people who can be accommodated there.
The kitchen totally separated from the living room, is independent very large and sunny, with large windows through which a lot of light enters, there is a table, perfect for breakfasts. It is a very equipped kitchen, large and with all appliances and utensils enough for all guests.

The living room, large, sunny, and with enough space for all guests to be comfortable, is the delight of the house, has access to the terrace, where you will spend great afternoons and beautiful moments, either having dinner or having a glass of wine quietly, sitting in one of its chairs and taking advantage of both the light, like the sun or the afternoon breeze.
