Stayed in the hotel previously in 2019 and it was excellent. This time it was not at all good. The positive things are the excellent animation team and the friendly staff. The managers were kean on listening to my complaints and offered late check out. What I didn't like was. 1. At the check i was told that my 15 years old son should be counted as an adult despite his age is considered a child on expedia and i had to wait untill they checked with one of the managers, then i was given a room with 2 single beds although my reservation is for a room with a double bed and 2 single beds however the room was then changed again after checking with their manager. 2. The open buffet is very limited but what's worse is after the first meal both me and my son had diarrhoea and i spent the whole night looking after my son who was vomiting all night. 3. It was shocking to find flees and ants in the room. Overall I was really disappointed and felt sorry that such a big hotel is falling short on these basic things.
