We arrived to a very helpful front desk. Information was given regarding room, breakfast, pool, and parking. Front lobby was nice and clean. Our room was in good condition. The kitchen was clean, but missing coffee and paper cups for 3 adults. The shower in the accessible bathroom was tricky to raise for our showers (we were not needing accessible shower). It seemed we were missing some wash clothes for 3. Pull-out couch only provided with one average bed pillow. Upon pulling drapes in bedroom area, I saw a cracked/broken window. The crack can be felt and needs replacement asap (room 327). We chose to wait until leaving to report it, as we had adults only no children with the stay. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall a comfortable place to stay.
