I should have read the recent reviews. The customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no idication we would need to hand over cash as a deposit on our room, so we arrived with no cash. We were forced to use their ATM at a fee of $4 and an additional $3 fee from my bank. Ridiculous. They advertise a pool, but the pool had just "broken yesterday." After reading other reviews that was a blatant lie and they just did not have a working pool for months but used it in their advertisements to get more stays. Furthermore, their elevator was broken which was incredibly frustrating as they advertise as "fully accessible." They are not. There were no grab bars in the bathroom at all, none near the toilet and none in the shower. The advertise a "free continental breakfast running from 6am to 9am every day," but that is also a lie. My family arrived for breakfast at 8am only to find no healthy options whatsoever. They had two kind of cereal, but the dispensers had mostly the crumbs left. There was no milk to serve with the cereal anyway. The toaster was broken, but they only had half a loaf of stale white bread anyway. The juice, water, waffle batter, and syrup dispensers were all empty. There was no fruit, no protein, and absolutely nothing fresh. Several other guests brought this to the staffs attention and the staff refused to replace anything as "breakfast is almost over anyway." Ice machines were broken. Staff was rude and several members were smoking on the premises. 0/10
