Experience in Golden Sands
On checked in I was greeted with in-experience staff. I have been going to Dubai for a lot of years now, and always used Bonvoy hotels and IHG as I am a member. For a change I wanted to try the golden sands as in the past Golden sand was good place to stay, however on this visit, I am dis-appointed, the reception staff did not even know that they provide toiletries!!! Giving me wrong information. Location is ok. Apart from a bad experience from reception staff rest of my stay are ok. Staff called MOBI in the evening shift was made my stay ok, he is present at the reception helped me with my luggage when I arrive. Gave information I need that the reception should done in the first place.
I suggest reception staff Mary should have further training with the service provided and Sadam for customer service training etiquette.
