Beaware if you're coming here for the first time, you're in for a surprise. On the morning of I received a message through Hotels.com asking approximately what time I was arriving. Thinking that there will be a 'front desk', I didn't think much of it, whatever. When I did arrive at approximately the time I provided, I found that it was located in the middle of an industrial area with no hint of a hotel-like building anywhere near. But then as I pulled closer to where the GPS was guiding me, the structure that resembled the picture on the website emerged. There were many empty 'spots' to park at on either side of the hotel, so I parked, got my gear and headed to the front door. It was locked electronically, and when I peeked in, I couldn't see any activity within. Suddenly a fire escape door besides the front entrance opened and a woman emerged. Seeing that she was not staff, I asked if she knew how one gets in, she couldn't answer me. When I called the 1-800 number, I was told that it was only an answering service and it also didn't know the entry code to unlock the front entrance. So I finally emailed the same address from which the enquiry came regarding my arrival time. Within 10 minutes a reply came with the entry codes (the same one opens the front as well as your room btw), and the room in which I was to stay at. The room was well furnished, very modern, super clean!! I would recommend! No ice, no room service, no staff! Otherwise it is excellent.
