Three star hotel with four star facilities

Very good hotel for families with children under 10. Very good staff always helpful . They laid a nice table for my wife's birthday. We went all inclusive and the food was great, plenty of selection and they had fresh cooked to order food every day. Excellent pool and splash pool facilities which the children enjoyed a lot. Their is a beach very close by and it was a great beach. All in all great holiday destination.

Godt sted for børnefamilie

Vores ophold var samlet set rigtigt fint. Mest pga af det meget venlige og serviceindstillede personale. Hotelværelserne var slidte. Køleskabet larmede og holderen til bruseren var løs - men restauranten og poolområdet stod til gengæld frem i fin stand og var en fornøjelse at benytte. I uge 42 var området meget plaget af myg ved solnedgang. (ved ikke hvordan det er resten af året) Nok pga. det nærtliggende naturområde. Vores børn var vilde med stedet og hotellets mascot Bufo.

Fint hotel. Super mad. Lidt kedelig beliggenhed. Masser af aktiviteter for børn (6+9 år). Ingen wifi på værelserne. Skønt sted for en kortere periode.

Rolige omgivelser

Et hotell med mange aktiviteter for store og små. Vi reiste i høstferien, så da må man være klar over at bassengene kan være kalde, da de ikke er oppvarmet. Alcudiastranden var finere og mer langgrunn enn den nedenfor hotellet. Ellers rolige omgivelser på alle kanter, ikke plaget av hverken trafikk eller natteliv. Butikk og to restauranter rett over gaten.

Medelmåttigt hotell. Bra aktiviteter/shower.

Medelmåttigt hotell som lever på personalen i restaurangen och de fantastiska aktivitetsledarna/showartisterna. Servicen från receptionspersonalen var dålig.

Wonderful family stay

We had a lively stay at Viva Alcudia Sun Village with our 2 year old and baby. The apartment was good, the food was great with lots to choose from and the playground and pools really nice. The only thing that was bad was the ants that where everywhere and the kids pools could have been warmer

Underbart för de små med vattenrutschbana och aktiviteter. Mycket fuktigt rum och mycket myror (vi bodde på markplan). Nära till jättefin strand och ca 10 minuter med buss till port de alcudia.

Et rigtig fint hotel til familier med små børn. Lejlighederne var noget slidte, men det hele fungerede som det skulle. Vi vil gerne bo på hotellet næste år.

Bra familjehotel

Bra familjehotell med möjlighet till all-inclusive. Toppenbra entertainers som gör ett fantastiskt jobb med barnen och ger proffsiga shower på kvällarna. Mycket bra frukost och ok standard på lunch och middag. Mycket hjälpsam personal.

Nice hotel, nice area

I stayed here with my mum and my two year old son, and we were really satisfied with our stay. The reception was good, the apartments nice and clean. The only thing we missed, was something to do the dishes with, they could have provided a sponge or something. Another thing that we missed, was the ability to lock the door from inside, when we were home, for the sake of our two year old, who had to be kept from opening the door and stumbling down the staircase. But that was not a major issue. The playground was really nice for a two year old, but the children's pool was ice cold. We tried the dinner buffet once and were really satisfied with that. The hotel's location is perfect, a 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach and restaurants and shops. So at least if you're going with small children, just to relax and hang out at the beach, this hotel is really recomendable.

im Rahmen des erwarteten

Insgesamt war das meiste in Ordnung und im Rahmen des Erwarten in der Preisklasse. Uns hat nur das Bad gestört, das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wasser trat immer aus dem Duschbereich aus und machte den Boden nass. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und das Personal war freundlich. Die Animation war ok. Die Lage des hôtels am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes war sehr schön.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Schönes Hotel, sehr kindgerechtes, daher auch "Elternentspannung", sehr freundliches Personal, super Kinderpool (immer mit eigenem Bademeister), Zimner etwas klein, aber dort ist man sowieso meist draußen. Kommen bestimmt nochmal hin!

HI.i stay in the hotel last week for week.we have half board accom.room/studio-fantastic!great, big, clean, change sheets, towels. staff-more that fantastic!!! SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE ENTERTEIMENT STUFF-OMG-they so brill!!!ZENA, SILVIA, BARBARA, BODY!!!My girl was in tears all way back to home (ireland).the mini cloub is s fantastic!!all activity, you named.!!!!my girl is shine (5 years) but she loved so much, she cant stop talking about it! Food-more than great, nice , fresh, tasty, great selection!!! I can say in mu words how great hols we hade!!!! I cant foult anything.GREAT FAMILIY HOTEL WITH LOTS STUFF FOR KIDZ AND THE PARENTS!!! AND the beach is lovely, clean, blue..fantastic!! seriously, these hotel deserved 4* EASY!!!as we was in many 3* starts hotels but they were far behind this one! I was so tired so do my hubby and in one week we got so much rest and recharged our battery for next week.quiet, clean, so friendly and we were threat like we so special!! lovenit!! all ready say to all my friens with kidz and plan visit again with my brother family to to this hotel! Great family hoilday

Just returned from 7 night stay. Booked last minute with expedia. Great little family holiday. Yiu can get public bus there 351, if you are not on a package deal or have a car. There is some parking close by but not much. Rooms small but everything you need. Fully stocked with pans, toaster, plates, TV etc..Rooms cleaned almost every day with fresh towels. Food outstanding in my opinion for a 3 star. Better to go All inc, as if not quite expensive. Small shop nearby but not cheap, and the few restauraunts and bars nearby, expensive as I say. Is the option if you pay up front for 3 days or more to pay 11 euros adults, and 5.50 kids for either breakfast, lunch, dinner, all you can eat. We went for the evening meal option. Very nice. Entertainment staff fantastic, always smiling. Loads of activities for kids and adults to keep you entertained...darts, shooting, archery, tennis, football, volleyball, water polo etc..entertainment in the evenings also very good, live bands, elvis de mallorca, tributes to motown, Abba, and MJ. Pool decent size and clean. Life guard looks after the whole time it is open. Plenty of sunbeds. Watch out for the mosquitos. It is right by a lagoon, so they come out at dusk, but nothing major. Also, would be nice for a couple of children's TV channels on the TV for them to watch to calm them down before bed sometimes, but all in all great family holiday. Would definitely recommend for the family. Great value for money !!!

Fenomenal para ir en familia

Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo de la instalaciones. Como casi todo en Mallorca orientado para los extranjeros. La tele por satélite con variedad de canales alemanes o vete tú a saber, deberían de tener tdt también.

Apartamento viejo, con humedad, mal funcionamiento

Lo peor fue el apartamento y el personal de la recepción. Lo mejor el resto de instalaciones del hotel y el resto del personal, limpieza, socorristas, barmans, camareros todos majisimos yo les pondría un 10. Todo lo contrario que el apartamento estaba viejo, no funcionaba bien ni la tele ni la vitro, humedad en los armarios, la terraza muy mala. Y el personal de recepción fatal, tras varios dias sin funcionar la tele el comentario que tuvimos que escuchar fue... "de vacaciones no se viene a ver la tele" además de recomendarnos una playa poco adecuada para familias.

Nice hotel and great food

We've been staying at hotel Viva Alcudia - Sun Village for 9 dags. A fine hotel especially for families with small children. It can not be recommended for families with teens. The food was great and the staff very friendly. One of the only things to complain about were the beds.- hard as steal.

Fint og barnevennleg hotell, nær strand.

Vi var her i ei veke og hadde halvpensjon. Maten var bra, og ganske variert. Følte meg trygg på at maten var reinsleg og trygg å ete. Personale og aktivitørar var veldig hyggelig. Varierte aktivitetar for dei som ville delta. Både for voksne og barn. Det ligg ein butikk rett attmed hotellet. Lett å gå dit. Reiser gjerne tilbake med barn ein gong til. Reiser eg utan barn vel eg eit anna hotell. Stranda var veldig langgrunn og fin. Flott for små barn.
