Very clean and comfortable rooms. Airconditioning was perfect. Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties. All of the front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was expecting this hotel to be close to their Metro system; however, it was a bit of a walk. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this hotel.

Was enjoying this property until housekeeping made multiple attempts to enter my room while I was sleeping. Didn't seem to matter that the door was double locked and I yelled that I was sleeping. The next hour, somehow they DID enter. I don't know how they got past the double lock. I was infuriated. I didn't feel well and was shocked awake. It just didn't seem real. No language barrier justifies this personal violation. What I did enjoy about the property: Was able to check in when my room was ready. The front desk staff was helpful with finding restaurants/things to do. The room is very clean, except for mold in the shower. The shower door leaked to the floor. The room size was decent and there was adequate air conditioning.

Wouldnt come again!
The room looked lovely but on closer inspection had a lot of issues! The bed was never made properly we had to re make it everytime we got in. One end of the room had no lightening so was very dark. The shower wasn’t great looked lovely but didn’t work great in the fact that the doors didn’t shut so flooded everytime! The bathroom heater would tick constantly like it was about to explode. The room is quite the opposite of sound proof! Probably the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Our room you could hear the lift, the boiler and everything outside!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, perfekter Service
Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel Mitte im Herzen Paris mit vielen netten kleinen Geschäften/ Cafés/ Bars in der direkten Umgebung. Mit der Metro um die Ecke kann ganz Paris problemlos erkundet werden. Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Matratzen stabil und man konnte gut schlafen. Sogar zu dritt in einem Zimmer war es noch ok. Die Lobby war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder in das Hotel gehen.
