THB Lanzarote.
Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location.

Lovely hotel, rooms comfortable and clean.. but very simple.. provided a kettle but no cups or anything to go in them. Set up really for all inclusive, I was there on room only and had to add any extras to my room bill, which is ok but I prefer to pay as I go It’s very central and close to beach bars and restaurants so easy to get around.. I am disabled and had ground floor room and was able to get around on my mobility scooter.. there are mobility scooters for hire everywhere if you need one.. There were no rails in the shower and I did nearly slip .. it was quite tight to manoeuvre my scooter in the room but generally the hotel was set up well for disabled access Staff were kind friendly and helpful at all times

Great location, with an exit to reach the beach in a minute. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bed was confortable. There was no soap available for handwashing. The smell was also not great. The property could use some renovation. Paint was falling apart. Globally the place was quiet but the isolation with other rooms is quite low. Music, phone calls, alarms, people talking… one can hear everything.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, stayed as a family of 4 (11 and 15). We had a sea facing room, looking star8ght out over the beach. The room itself was comfortable, only downside despite having kitchen no cookware available on arrival. The pool area was always clean and well looked after, the pool itself was only for the few brave souls willing to enter, was very cold and would be really useful if heated, however the hotel has direct access to the beachzl, and the sea was a much more comfortable temperautre to swim in Entertainment duo were brilliant kept everyone who choose to participate well entertained, and made the hotel a fun experience. We were b&b the breakfast had a good selection, and price on food and drinks in other bars and pool bar were really good.

We have walked past this hotel many times and always thought we were glad no to be staying there with the cheap looking red chairs outside and cheesy music pounding away but on this last minute trip this was the only hotel we could find so it was there or nothing, ive got to say was surprised, i hoped we had a room away from the music which we did so a good start and the front chairs had been upgraded, the hotel was actually pretty smart, the pool area was lovely and clean the staff were friendly helpfull and full of smiles our room looked out over the beach so we could go to sleep listening to the waves. Usually away i end up with a terrible back from the beds but had some of the best nights sleep ever there, comfortable beds soft pillows far better than some of the high end hotels we have stayed at on the island, powerfull shower with consistant hot water powerfull hairdrier, well lit very clean. We didnt spend much time there was only a quick 3 night visit so cannot comment on the bar or food. Only negatives were that the glass bathroom counter top was cracked and there was a kettle but no cups, tea or coffee so after traveling 11 hours and checking in We couldnt even have a coffee and there was only a bathroom bin no room bin. Not too keen on an open luggage room where people cane go in and out of, much preferr them to be staff only access especially when people are leaving everything in them Even so we will stay again

Good hotel, well appointed, great staff efficient, attentive without being overbearing. Room cleanliness excellent, friendly, will happily work to your schedule, not intrusive. Studio /suite, appartment had everything if needed., didnt try cooker, but all hygenic. Bathroom fine, needs a reseal, and mirror silvering a bit spotted. Aircon perfect and adjustable. Tv ok. Balcony clean tidy sturdy furniture. Hotel next to safe sandy beach and well laid out promenade, nice views. Near restaurants, bars, local shops, public tramsport.

Lovely mid-winter break!
Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season.

Nice staff checking in,because I was to early I got to leave my luggage and got told to use the facilities and they would call me when my room was ready, so went to the pool and ordered a drink from the pool bar , went to pay and man no cash , so I offered my card he again said no, so I said how can I pay ,he said charge it to your room, I said I haven’t got a room number yet, a colleague came over and took my name and she said we will sort it later. Only other issue was in my block on 2nd day around 8am I was awoken by a lot of noise outside, there was a demolition team totally demolishing all the rooms around mine, so my balcony was on the ground floor, all day every trolley going back and fore loudly past my balcony so to noisy to relax, so it was like that rest of my stay, I seemed to be the only person in that area, so I had to walk through the mess every time.

Shabby little room view of brick wall kettle with no cups or anything else very small and dingy opened wardrobe door and could not get to loo till shut if I had paid jet2 prices for that room would have wanted refund as twice price with them but good deal from hotels.com

Well situated short stroll from restaurants and shops, and rear access to beach. Breakfasts were good. Pool area rather crowded and not enough sun beds. Friendly helpful staff.
