The facility itself was great, initial check in was a bit confusing. However one concern I had was after some FedEx priority packed were sent overnight they were not accepted by the front desk. Then after they reattempted the lady at the lower level counter asked me what was in the packages. Completely not professional.

    Book Early
We love this boutique hotel. Only 21 rooms so it's frequently booked up. It's right off the Blue Line so an easy commute. The view from the large windows is one of our favorite features.

    Poor 2,0
Stay away! Very inconvenient room access, 2 separate keys did not work, front desk person was rude and lacking customer service skills, no way to get any kind of food (restaurant and kitchen closed for Labor Day week-end) - I was told to “call Uber eats”. This place should not be called a hotel - lacking in every possible way- service, amenities, comfort. Run.

Furniture is very run down. Bill is very run up
Advertised as $169, the one night stay was well over $200 by the time all the hidden fees were unveiled. I found this deceptive. We were charged $37.45 for security cards to access the elevators but we were promised $25 rebate if we returned the cards upon departure. Still waiting for that rebate. Our room had some minor plaster damage in the bathroom. The furniture was worn and wood finishes very chipped and scratched. View was awesome. Hotel needs refreshing and some business ethics

Nice Hotel in middle of financial district
The breakfast was not very good. Some better options would be nice. Bananas, muffins, English Muffins, cottage cheese.

Although I didn’t have a lake view as requested the hotel floor is nice. Bed was comfortable.

    Pros & Cons...
Pros: Awesome views of the towers-esp. @ night & Lake MI in the day! Desk clerks were friendly, but not knowledgeable about the city. Clean & comfy room w/coffee maker/coffee. Adequate Grab & go breakfast in the small lounge. Comfy bathrobes! Cons: Worn, dated furniture & old blinds were hard to lower @ night to keep out the tower lights. Expensive mini-bar, very limited selection. Toilet didn't flush-prompt to respond & fix it once I finally got someone on the phone but Hard to get someone to answer the phone. Coffee maker needed cleaning. Convoluted hotel access via a door buzz-in in the outer part of the indoor garage into the inner (reserved) part. Had to wait 8 min. for a garage worker to show up to know how to access. Door leads to an indoor reserved part of garage & elevator to 1st floor Hotel lobby then you take another elevator to the 39th floor & another to the 40th floor. I was glad I read the reviews pointing out the convoluted access before getting there! Everything in the Financial District closes @ 6 pm.even on Friday night. Hotel should arrange for guests to have in & out parking privileges. There was a huge strange interesting looking multi-colored bug in the 3rd floor women's restroom-hotel night manager sent bldg. maintenance (which is separate from hotel staff) to check it out. If you like quiet, clean comfy rooms with great views & don't mind being isolated from the nightlife & restaurants, and close to the Chi. Stock Exchange, you'll love the hotel!

Unusual experience with great room and view
This was a really cool experience because the rooms are on the 40th floor and so very nice views. If you are interested in socializing at your hotel, however, this would not be the place for you as there is not real lobby or bar. It's really an office building with a floor of hotel rooms on top of it. Again, I really enjoyed it, but it's something others might not.

    Horrible anniversary
The sheets were stained with black marks and yellow spots. Pillow case also had black marks. There were finger prints all over the head board. The curtains didn’t close all the way so I was awakened by the sunlight at 6am. Lastly there was no one answering the phone at the desk I had to drive in circles for about 15 minutes until someone answered so I could find out how to park because the doors to the parking garage were closed.

    A treasure
This is a very quiet hotel with only 21 rooms. It is near Chicago Stick Exchange and Amtrak station the front desk was extremely nice and patient. The rooms on the 50th floor are great. I hate to say too much because I want this treasure just for my family.
