Stunning apartment just like the photos. Super comfy bed, immaculately clean, gorgeous historical building. Strange no bath salts or product provided to use the bath. We had a couple of issues and staff did their best to help. AMAZING facials in the spa. Lovely location perfect for exploring. Breakfast okay, wasnt as impressive as expected based on reviews.

Overall a really nice experience
New and tidy hotel. The breakfast was really good, a lot to choose from. Our room was a junior suite but it didn’t really feel like a suite. It was very plain. But we didn’t really spend much time in the hotel toom so it didn’t bother us. Very comfy beds, I have a back injury so this was a big plus for me! Location is a bit further away from the old town but we didn’t mind the walk, it took us maybe 10 mins.

Great stay and value in Gdánsk
The hotel is in an old factory, it is very well renovated. It offers a sauna service, as well as spa, restaurant, bar. The room we stayed in was fine, large and clean. I missed having some sleepers or information about that. The room was large, calm, heating worked well, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fine. I liked the services and location of the hotel the most, as it is 15 minutes walk only to old town and yet is in a great, alternative and relaxing area. Service at reception was helpful. Restaurant was very good, as we had a dinner. Sauna could be larger or have more dressing rooms, but overall great stay and great for value. Enjoyed!!!

Arche Dwor is a fantastic hotel right in the Gdansk downtown. The hotel room was one of the most spacious I have ever used during my travels. Spa and Sauna facilities are wonderful. Tje hotel restaurant has great variety in delicious dishes. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel
I had an amazing stay at Uphagena hotel and became part of the story of the buildings and the surrounding area which includes a 19th-century church and a replica of the Lourdes Grotto. Once a family manor, the building later served as a hospital. My room was spacious with big wall window and had all the amenities and comforts I needed.Breakfast is rich with many options even for vegans. I also had dinner (pumpkin soup and dumplings) and both dishes were of high quality. I had a very relaxing full body massage and then used the two saunas which were amazing especially the one with the big glass window. The staff was amazing from the front fesk to the waiters at the restaurant and the breakfast. I will definitely return at Uphagena.

Very nice service, got upgrade from small studio apartment to biggest apartment (due vip hotel fpr goldmembers. Very comfy and spacious. Good air-conditioned and a lot of space (80 sqaure meter). I definitely wouldn't call the property 4 star accommodation. Maybe some areas of it are but not ours. The room was quite dusty and there were rings on the table from when the previous occupant had been there. Breakfast was a disappointment and the coffee was in general very poor. Double check pictures
Beware of the pictures, they do not match. After change of room, it was better. At night when arriving hotel staff was rude and unpollite. Hopely there was one lady who took things seriously. After making complaint about the pictures, hotel responded that there was a mistake and gave free breakfast. So the management did theyr best to make client happy. After this hassle everything went ok. Again, double check the pictures.

Not worth the money, stay away.
We had a 4 night stay in september at this hotel. Classification for 4 stars wasnt correct. It was a nice old building which is renovated, but thats about it what it comes to the positives. I can start already with the check in. We arrived early, around 10am. Then we were promised that our room will be ready in two hours. So we decided to stay at the hotel a d not go to the city. To be meantioned, hotel is around 1,2km away from the old town. After 2 hours a guy at the reception said we have to wait until 15.00. We then ended up to ger our room 14.00. First day at our stay we didnt want cleaning by hanging a sign outside the door. We removed the sign after the day, but no cleaning were done at any other days either! Dirty towels, no toilet paper, nothing!! Food at the breakfast is ridiculous and definitely not worth 4 star ranking. Juice tasted like water, bread was so chewy and hard that elderly people couldnt manage to chew it. Food at the restaurant at lunch/dinner is so dry that you need a bucket of water to get it swallowed. Service at the reception is low quality, expect for two girls who were polite. Corridors and stairs are so dark with minimal of lightning that it is almost to risky for older people to go there. We were trying to order a cake from the bar, we ended up waiting for service for 15minutes, we gave up and left. Definetly NOT staying at this hotel ever again!
