Not as pictured— missing beds!!
The hotel I booked and the room itself was not as described online (there aren't as many beds as they said). The hotel said they don't have any rooms with the amount of beds that were described on the website and tried to convince me that the room I booked didn’t exist even though I had a photo of it from booking it here. We booked a room that was a conjoining room that had 3 beds total (one king and 2 doubles) and they gave us a room with one king and a pullout couch, but they wouldn’t give us pillows or blankets for the couch bed. There was no shampoo, the room was grimey, and the staff was incredibly unwilling to accommodate any of our requests for basic essentials (like more than 3 pillows and 2 towels total for 6 people— which is the amount we booked the room for) so we could make the best of our stay. Don’t stay here don’t believe what you see on the site and don’t waste your money because hotels.com won’t give you a refund for what was false advertising.

No working AC
We had to switch our room 4 times , and once at 1am. The AC units either went out or didn’t function properly to begin with. In 109 degree weather not having an AC was not an option. In two of the rooms the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and all the rooms had loose toilet seats however two of the rooms the toilet seat was not attached at all. The desk staff was lazy and made no attempt to speak clear English. They rambled super fast and if asked to repeat it they were rude and would often time just play as though they have no understanding of what you said. “May I please get some coffee ?” Response: a confused look and head shake with the word “no” in question at the end. They were really hard to deal with. The pool was pretty gross both the water and the pool itself. The cleaning staff was amazing and they did a great job, very kind and helpful.

Not what I was EXPECTING!!!
The 1st room was nasty. No good working ac unit. RR door was off and would not close right, baseboards and paint was either broken, chipped or messy. Beds super uncomfortable (some may like them super fluffy but not me) pillows where weak. I could not get a refund till we stayed 1 night because manager was not there. So pted to move to a different room. Which was a bit better. Great ac unit and less wood/paint cosmetic issues. Oh and the bathroom door would shut correctly. Its ok if you are just passing through town. "Breakfast" was Go-Gurt and 2 granola bars in a brown bag, major downer. Covid regs do give out options....maybe bags of cereal small milk cartons etc.....

Don't waste your money here.
The management and staff were clearly a miserable bunch that has nothing better to do, than constantly watch every move their guests make. The staff followed my family around the hotel, watching our every move. We couldn't be outside without someone peeking around a corner. Our room had a hole in the wall, the dresser drawers were broken and there were roaches, as well. The staff has terrible customer service skills (with the exception of ONE older housekeeper. She was nice). Its really just a family run business that doubles as a home for them to watch their guests and accuse them of stealing so they dont have to return the deposit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
