First of all, the phone number for the hotel given on Hotel.com web page is wrong. It's not the actual hotel number. Big problem. I could not tell the taxi driver where the hotel was, because I could not call them to get directions. Second, the hotel staff could not speak English that well. Third, the internet connection in the room was not convenient. I had to have the staff come up and install it after three requests. Besides the rock hard bed, the hotel in itself was fine, but the experience was not.
