Not bad
Staff was slow to respond and unresponsive. It could use some renovation. Overall, not bad.

Good hotel.
Excellent service, good size room, clean and bright. Great location, two minute walk to luas stop to city center (only 10 minute trip, you will be in the central of Brussels). Breakfast was good with many choices. Air condition is a little bit noisy. Hotel should have stricter policy about smoking and more cameras to spot that. One morning I can smell the cigarette in the hall very strong. It's just a little thing and easy to fix.

Poor 2,0
Standards going down.
This place is going down hill . Bbadly trained and underpaid staff. Over the top food and beverage charges make your stay much more exspensive.Better to pay higher room charge elsewhere.Food is great on paper but quality is very poor.

Nice stay.
Room quiet and comfortable.Could certainly be refurbished but was told it was planned. Would say it is worth asking for a room facing the back (for quietness) and on a high floor (for the view). Seems to be a problem of communication between and the hotel itself as I was asked to pay the stay whilst I already did on line at time of booking. All solved at the end. Overall a good experience.

We want to stay here again.
We loved this hotel. Very friendly staff, everything we needed in our room, including tea and coffee making facilities. We felt very much at home here.
