My Review 😂💀
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was abysmal—staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving us to deal with multiple issues ourselves. Our room was dirty, and the toilet wasn’t working, leading to an overflow that no one came to clean, despite reporting it multiple times.
The one bright spot in our experience was the towel lady. She was the only person who brought a smile to our faces during our stay. Her excitement, welcoming demeanor, and kindness were truly a breath of fresh air amidst all the other problems we faced.
When I complained to the front desk about the condition of our room, they were unresponsive and unhelpful, claiming they had no other rooms available and refused to change ours. This lack of care from management made an already bad situation worse.
To make matters worse, we didn’t receive towels until after dinner, around 9 PM on arrival day, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
The food overall was mediocre, with the only highlight being an omelet and some of the food at the Japanese restaurant. The experience at the Japanese restaurant was uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning, making it nearly unbearable to enjoy our food.
The only redeeming factor of our stay was the beach, which was beautiful. However, that alone does not make up for the many issues we encountered. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
