Improper communication!
The staff were friendly, however I got told the wrong thing numerous times affecting my money I had for my trip. I was staying 3 nights, two nights paid for, then the third night was an added night. I was told I would be able to stay in the same ook and pay one damage deposit. That didn’t happen and I have to put down another damage deposit, putting my credit card balance to zero when I needed that money for my trip. Also when I booked room I was told I could have my child’s birthday at the pool, the day they informed me that I was not able to do that. My child was turning 9 and it broke her heart.

Meh. Not a great place when paying $150.
The room was not as shown in the photos, I was under the assumption that there was a bathtub and not just a shower-I like to soak in the tub before bed as I have a bad back and the pictures showed a bathtub. There was pink mold in the shower and there were some dark hairs on the shower walls-I’m blonde so they definitely weren’t mine. The carpet was crunchy-glad I brought my slippers because I’m not sure how clean it was. Bed was comfortable. My guess is the water park is the reason most people stay here.

Fun place, but had cockroaches
Both rooms we rented had cockroaches. My daughter woke up to one crawling beside her on the bed. The other room we rented there was one on the floor. We put a cup over it and called the front desk. He came to our room took a pic of it and killed it, apologized and then left. And we found a dead one on the floor beside the corner lamp.We also had to throw out all of snacks and food we opened the night before because who knows if the roaches had gotten into them. The rooms are in the process of being renovated, so theyre definitely working on how outdated the building is, so thats nice. The staff working were friendly and knowledgeable, the waterslides and pool were a lot of fun as well. The stay would have been great had there been no cockroaches.

Great pool and waterside... ...
Everything was great. In the middle ofnthe night i heard tiny feet moving in room. In the morning i found mouse poop all around some bread we had on the counter (in a closed bag) with a hole cheqed through the side. Also found mouse poop under the tv beside coffee stand.

Will NEVER reserve through a booking site again!!!
Due to a date conflict, I tried to move my reservation from Nov.25 to Nov.28. The hotel wouldn't do it for me directly ; I had to contact Hotels.com , who ultimately wanted a huge penalty, which more than doubled my room cost. NO WAY!! You can stick your brand of customer service/ satisfaction where the sun don't shine.. I'll never book anything through an agency like yours again. We ended up not traveling and forfeited our room cost. Thanks for nothing !!! Little wonder why there's anger in the world with this kind of BS going on.

This hotel is primarily designed for families who want to use the water park, which was not my primary reason. The bed was soft and the pillows comfortable. Since my room was right next to the waterpark door, it was not very quiet. I also did not have a desk in my room, which I should have checked about when I booked. Good-sized parking lot and lots of food options around. On-site restaurant was decent.
