Fast check in and an offer to have a tub or shower as there was one tub left. Given tons of info about operations and was offered a work around for breakfast as I had to leave way earlier than breakfast started. Service in the lounge was fantastic the evening of Oct 26, not as great the evening of the 27th. Still fine, but not as good. The hotel is stunning!

Extremely happy with this hotel. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was included and had a huge variety to choose from. The hotel lobby and our room were both tastefully decorated. The young girl checking us in was very professional and nice that we didn’t have to wait in line. The breakfast buffet was super busy both mornings but tables were quickly cleaned and staff even came by to pour coffee. So much food to choose from though I think they should have included some pastries and muffins. Location is great, right near the Opera House and train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
