Parking was onsite and relatively affordable compared to event pricing around the area. Great proximity to the downtown area (Roger’s center), and the room amenities were fantastic

8/10 Very good

The room was great. The only downside was that it faced the street. The bathroom was beautiful. It has a soaking tub & a shower. The shower had two shower heads, but only 1 worked. We got 2 bottles of water a day. The cleaning service did a wonderful job. The hotel was close to everything. We did a lot of walking.

10/10 Exceptional

Room and interior of the hotel was spotless. Only reason downgraded the cleanliness was the strong urine smell around flower boxes along front of hotel. The Romance package was well worth the cost, the room was extremely spacious with excellent layout for closet space. Bathroom tub was great, salts and lavender oil provided was perfect for two great baths. Shower water temp and pressure were also excellent. Love the molten brown products. Looking forward to our next visit

Excellent property, the rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed. I think this is the most underrated hotel in Toronto. Great location and service. My only issue is the 50$ per night parking, I suggest guest park across the street.
