Highly Recommended!
From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we felt like welcomed guests! Great location, excellent customer service (especially Captain Karl), and three excellent sleeps. The room view was not great but in hindsight, not facing the street helped us sleep better. Great décor also.

Acme - great stay, as always
Been here before. Still an excellent place to stay. No problems whatsoever. Love the complimentary flask of coffee delivered to the door!

Awesome Hotel, I would describe it as modern, club like, rock & roll like, Rocky Horror picture show like. Really cool and definitely will be back.

King for Two Queens
Pros: Location, Comfortable Beds, Inexpensive Parking, Coffee Delivery (even though ours was 30 min late), Friendly Staff Cons: Don’t Always Honor Third Party Bookings, Small Bathrooms, Musty Smell In Room, Dirty Rug in Living Area of Suite. The Acme has a wonderful location, close to all of the major retailers on the Mag Mile, Pizzeria Uno, and Eataly. It is an old building with a hipster vibe (at least they are trying). I had unfortunate luck, as I had booked a Queen/Queen Suite for my daughter and I (through but upon arrival (at 5:00 pm-so not late) was told that only a King Suite was available. I agreed and was given 2 $10 vouchers for breakfast or cocktails which really wasn’t adequate compensation. Upon entering the suite, the living area had a humid, musty smell, and there were stains on the rug located under the coffee table. The bathroom was small...toilet, shower, and sink all contained in one room. There was no way 2 people over 5’10” could get ready in there at the same time. Toiletries provided were nice and there were plenty of towels. Parking was $30 plus tax per night which was a bargain, given the location. All in all, I might give the Acme another try but there are plenty of other options in the vicinity to try on my next trip to Chicago.
