Parking was expensive and the food amenities were not available. Small room without a microwave. Large TV, with capabilities, but for a 4-star hotel?!

I did like the layout of the room, spacious, I just wish the hotel bar and restaurant was open but I understand with COVID going on why they can’t.

Loved every bit of our stay at Hyatt Regency hotel. We booked their panoramic suite and the views were amazing. Sadly we could only stay for one night but I would definitely recommend it. Great option when you have a free night that you can redeem!

The hotel staff was extremely rude. They refused to provide housekeeping. I called front desk to ask for more towels since the housekeeper did not clean the room, I was told they will call back due to housekeeping being closed. Let the manager know and he said I should have called earlier. I was not at the hotel earlier that day which is the normal time for a room to be cleaned. None of the sanitizer stations I passed were filled. I inform the hotel staff, next day still no sanitizer. I was given a room that did not accommodate my booking. The clerk said that was all they had available since I checked in late. I had until midnight to check in. My room should not have been given away.

Just a cafe, no restaurant or bar. Travelling times are tough, but travellers do need restaurants, dinner, breakfast.

We had to get our room changed 3 times because there was trash, pills and hair in the rooms. The cleaning staff clearly doesn’t care about the cleanliness off the rooms which is disappointed especially during a pandemic
