Reasonably priced basic accommodations in a great location. Helpful staff. Only issue was non working elevator which caused very long wait times to get up and down to the room.

The hotel itself is slightly dated but the location is fabulous and it's quite clean. The beds are not so great and the rooms are pretty small but again - THE LOCATION & value for price is exceptional. Plus the service is great. Overall a terrific experience.

Friendly staff, communicative, not clean enough
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great with recommendations and directions. Any time we needed things, they were brought to our room quickly. What we didn't like was that we were not told how to use the elevator. Yes. There is a security feature that we had to figure out on our own. Second, they do not clean the rooms unless you ask! We texted the front desk on our last night wondering where housekeeping had been and that's when we were told they only come on request. So strange! When the housekeeping was there once, we asked for her to clean the bathroom and take out garbage. She exchanged towels and took out garbage. She did not clean the bathroom. So, when we found out at the end of our stay, that housekeeping comes on the fourth night of a stay only and by request after that, we were not happy. The room gets dirty more than that. Therefore, i am not happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. I wonder how frequently the wipe down public areas. I don't know. They have a phone to text communication with the hotel. That was a nice feature and caused quick response from staff. I would not stay at this hotel again.
