    If you’re looking for a deal this ain’t the place, you have to pay the cost to experience the luxury. That being said we were extremely pleased with how everything was, considering they are a new hotel with staffing issues. Location is absolutely breathtaking, maybe one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Every single bite of food is gourmet and delicious.

    It's unfortunate I had to give a 1 star rating however, after my experience since departing the hotel, it's well deserved. Since leaving I come to find out that the "hold" they put on my credit card for nearly $10,000 for potential incidentals was actually put through as a "charge." Originally, they tried to tell me that the $10,000 was the amount owed and after calling multiple times for an itemized bill, I finally got one and was able to point out the errors. They finally got it and I was told I would receive a credit of more than $6500, but that I would have to wait for 10-15 days to receive it, which I never did. So now, after numerous more calls and no follow up from their staff or managers I'm told that it was processed but they cannot provide a date on which it was processed or a receipt for the credit. They've blamed everything from their Wifi, to their accounting department, to their finance department, to the Bank of Butterfield, but at the end of the day, I still do not have my credit nor proof that its been processed. No one, including the manager I spoke with has taken ownership of the issue or is providing any sort of follow up. You would think that being a new hotel, looking to build a reputation they would take customer service seriously.

    Had extremely high hopes based on the price of the room at $700 a night plus taxes & it being st Regis. I booked a room w/ “ocean view” as “ocean front” was over $1000. When we arrived, they greeted us & were super nice. They brought us to check in area w/2 desks & both taken by guests. So they ushered us into an adjacent room & brought us drinks as we waited due to covid concerns although we had to show a negative pcr test to get on the plane l, fill out a travel application AND take a rapid test in the Bermuda airport. Very very very strict about covid and masks in Bermuda. Within about 15 minutes we were seated with a front desk employee who was also super nice. Got the keys after paying a huge deposit. When we opened our door, we noticed a huge bathtub in the center of the entryway. The fact you walk to your bed through a bathroom w/ little privacy is so odd & the floor is so cold as it’s marble so I laid out used towels on the floor throughout the trip as I walk barefoot. The Ac is amazing. The ocean view for $700 was a view of the parking lot like a cheap motel which I was disgusted & complained. They changed my room the following day but there’s a huge issue w/ the rooms overlooking the parking lot & numerous guests were overheard complaining. Spa is poorly located by parking lot as well. Only 1 restaurant that changes names for breakfast to dinner. $45 breakfast buffet!!!!! Staff were all so nice & trying but not trained to st regis standards

    Everything here was amazing. Staff, facility food were all exceptional. The only thing I found odd was that you entered the room through the bath. So yes when you walk in there is a big bath in in the middle and sinks with shower and toilet. So uncomfortable for privacy ( ie room service delivery ). If that doesn’t bother you book your trip! Seriously an amazing resort!

    This is a brand new hotel, it's only been open since May this year (2021). As such, everything is brand new, the rooms are lovely and the facilities are great. But.... I'd say its going to take a little while to work out some of the kinks with the service, which was not always great, but the staff were super friendly and were trying very hard. At times there just weren't enough of them in the right place. The hotel was quite full and there were not enough beach chairs and towels, everything was taken by about 9:30. The food is good, but very expensive and there is currently only one restaurant on the property. The golf shop is on the property and the course was in great shape. It's not a full par 72 as there are many more par 3s, but it has absolutely stunning views and we had a lot of fun; not cheap though! Overall I would recommend the hotel, but just be patient with them, provide feedback and they'll be great in a few months time I thik.

    Great location, staff was inconsistent. Problems everyday from check in to check out. Housekeeping didn’t bother to replenish coffee, water and towels. Staff was not local or knowledgeable or experienced. However nice a hotel is, however nice the location, the staff makes your stay.

    This brand new hotel is amazing. You feel great since you step on the lobby. The access to a beautiful beach is priceless. Because is new, they are still having some glitches with new hires but in general the service is pretty good. I would definitely come back without hesitation.
