The room was very clean and spacious. The mattresses were really comfortable. It was an enjoyable place to stay. The only negative was that for some reason the floor in the breakfast area was really sticky all over. Not sure what happened to cause that. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, bathtub unusable (shower was good), and hotel severely understaffed. Unable to get assistance because there was only one staff member. The pool was nice. Kids had fun. No roller bed. No service to provide extra blankets or towels.

The automatic front doors were propped open and the lobby was humid. We got the keys to our room, the door was propped open when we got to the second floor. We didn’t go in, got a new room. Our second room was on the first floor- the dead bolt was wiggly and seemed not secure.

This was the most wonderful hotel stay I have ever had! It smelt so clean all throughout the property, incredible customer service, and very cleanly rooms. I had no issues checking in at all, which usually there’s always some problem that pops up at other hotels. The in room hot tub was great, as was the coffee machine. Will be recommending to family and friends!
