The worst communication ever! It is impossible to speak with someone on the phone because everything is through helpless bot and on the "support chat" messages were simply ignored. They advertised themselves as they have parking included but once I arrived I found out that is not. But when I booked the appointment was said something else. Nobody including expedia take responsibility for it!
