Hotel staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. Made us feel very safe & even walked us to the ATM. Hotel was nice but not a luxury hotel by any means. Room service menu & breakfast very limited pillows were giants stuffed blocks with no give.

We booked at The Winchester last minute because of canceled flights and we were thrilled we did. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was amazing. The location in Sea Point was great. Lots of walking and decent access to restaurants and shopping.
We took in the sunset every night at the hotel bar, which had wonderful food and great cocktails. We will certainly consider staying here again.

I loved the stay at Winchester. Very well located in sea point in a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious, there was parking available for very little additional price, and staff was simply fantastic, vey thoughtful and friendly. I had to checkout around 5 am for and early flight and they prepared a breakfast box to go.
