My recent stay with you did not meet my expectations at all, I was surprised and disappointed to find out upon arrival that the hotel is HALAL!! As a guest I should have been informed about this prior booking. Additional the room was dirty, phone did not work and the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. Very poorly weathered. Breakfast buffe was very slobby and variety was poor.

Not a 4 star hotel!! Avoid!
Take time before booking this hotel to decide whether it really is for you for not. As a traveller from the UK this is not a 4 star hotel it is a 2 at best. I booked for 3 nights and left early to book somewhere else as I wanted to get out. The rooms smelt of smoke, there was no sheet on the bed, only 1 hard pillow was provided. The hotel overall was tired and outdated, If you were a solo traveller I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying there alone.

Great business stay
Lovely large room, laptop safe, plenty of cupboard space for business stay. Lots of hot water but very narrow shower (looks like a bath conversion) which was awkward. No mattress protector which was odd. Breakfast was ample and varied. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel is well appointed and brilliantly positioned across the road from the CTICC.
