They should improve their standard. The services were not up to the mark. Sink was clogged, TV wasn’t working, wifi inside the room was on and off, bed was making so much noise upon flipping sides. They should have done better for the sake of price customers pay.

We strongly recommend this property for families looking to visit Tamarindo. The room was impeccably clean with a very powerful air conditioning unit. Water pressure on both the shower and toliet were a bit lacking but still usable. We stayed on a Thursday night and had no noise problems (though it may be a problem on Friday night when their weekly parties are). We felt very safe as the front gate is closed (but it of course can be opened if you arrive late) and monitored by a security guard during the night. Breakfast was made to order (4 pre-set options) and substantial. The hotel is a short walk away from the center of town (no continuous sidewalks but did not feel particularly unsafe as long as we were careful) and across the street from the beach.

The room was perfect, and even though it was right off a busy road was quiet. Nice pool with swim up bar. The included breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped. My only neg comment in the party on Friday that went from 8:00p to 2:30A was incredibly loud, the hotel should definitely make a point to ensure guests are aware of this.
