It was okay. Our bathroom ceiling had some molded spots but other than that it was good.

Poor 2,0
Horrible customer service and parking lot view
I am not sure how they received so many stars. They have horrible service. They did not offer to take my bags to my room. Parking is $55 nightly. I ordered room service and they messed up my order. The big problem was that I paid for a view of the car lot. I was so close I could read people's license plate numbers. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. Being so close to the parkiong lot gave me horrible cell phone reception. When I called to complain, the front desk or the manager offered no help. Do not stay here.

Favorite hotel in Portland
I always enjoy staying here when I'm in Portland Great service, very friendly staff. Everything is walking distance and very convenient, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all very close.

Good 6,0
This is a very basic hotel for the Hilton chain. I had to request a refrigerator for the room to keep my medications that needed to be refrigerated in. The bed was relatively comfortable. The friendliness and caring of the staff to take care of guests leads to the best of their ability was what stands out in my mind most about this day. The hotel was very clean. The conference room that we were in for the event I was therefore was on bearable he cold. I felt as if I was a piece of Raw fish on ice.

Portland getaway
I really enjoyed staying downtown in the heart of everything. The hotel was great, no complaints at all and it was a great price. Parking in downtown Portland was a little tricky, I found a garage a few blocks away that charged $25 for 24 hours but no in/out privileges so you really have to plan your day.
