Perfect hotel for Santa Fe. Close to the plaza, wonderful breakfast, and a lovely pool. You’ll not be disappointed!

Stay here!
What more can I say? I’ve written so many reviews about “The Inn”. If we can’t stay here, we don’t go, it’s that simple. It’s Santa Fe elegant without the snootiness. Sherry and cookie hour at 4:00PM. Just something special. The recent restaurant and pool area update are simply the best. Well done. The restaurant, Del Charro, is the BEST in Santa Fe for breakfast (included) and lunch. We beeline to Del’s for lunch as soon as we hit the city limits. Never had a “blaaaaa” lunch there. Check-in is a pleasure. If the room isn’t ready, someone calls or texts when it is. None of that “Resort Fee” bull to artificially inflate your bill without you knowing it. EVERY hotel in Santa Fe who thinks they’re something special charges that fee....for nothing! Don’t know how to say this correctly, but “The Inn” values loyalty.....Not every time, but what a very nice surprise to be upgraded when it’s possible for them to do it. Thanks to you folks for that! Rooms are always very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We always feel like we’re staying in a vintage hotel. Walking distance to every corner of the Plaza and the RR district. Give it a try!

Just lovely
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just lovely, but not pretentious. From the helpful front desk staff to the bell staff and maintenance crew, all were great. Room size was perfect, beds very comfortable, didn't use the fireplace, but it would be nice in the winter. We love the scent of mesquite in the room!

Past Its Prime, Not good
We booked 3 rooms- not worth the price. Other area hotels are way better. Good check-in staff-very helpful, no one to help with bags or parking (main lot full) when we arrived, dirty grout in the bathrooms that badly need updating on all fronts (next day’s housekeeper was great though so she got a big tip!), lobby small/crowded/not appealing with inadequate seating, beds comfortable, breakfast offerings extensive for this sort of place but staff awful- flagrant tip request (hey, it’s a BUFFET with a self serve coffee area! We btw always tip anyway, but if I ever return will not because of the ask & the fact that after my family tipped generously, I came down separately to grab a quick breakfast on our way out of town & they were NOT helpful at all- just stood around but made me sign the voucher I paid for, nothing else: no napkins or plate offer. They watched while I walked out w a bacon & a sausage in my bare hands.) The location is close enough to the square for convenience but there was no view (parking lot view for all 3 rooms, including one deluxe!) Hotels on the opposite side of the square have mountain & sunset views. Really wouldn’t stay here again unless desperate.
