First time to stay here and no question I will be returning on my next visit to West Springfield. They left nothing out for the business traveler. It was so nice to return to my room and sit in the massage chair after a long day. Two words… Game changer!!!

This hotel is a great value. I was concerned when I pulled up because the neighborhood did not look so great, but the hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the awesome massage chairs in every room added a little bit of luxury.

Blue – A Modern Hotel was an outstanding value. The hotel was spotless, modern, and in a safe location with plenty of parking and great restaurants and shopping nearby. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every employee treated us like valued guests and took pride in their work, as if they owned the hotel. Their genuine commitment to making our stay perfect was evident throughout, and they absolutely succeeded. We would gladly stay here again.
