Excellent choice of an inexpensive motel. Everything was great except the lack of hot water in our bathroom, and a gardener waking us up in the morning blowing leaves. But there were many channels on the TV, lots of towels and wash cloths, comfortable bed, all the amenities (except tissues), and a nice staff. We'd stay there again.

We had two rooms and one was a bit cleaner than the other. The staff was very accommodating. When an issue was brought to their attention they went all out to make it better. They seem like a lovely young couple who are doing their best to spruce up an older property and I wish them well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Easy parking, and convenient location if you're driving in the area.

It was a sufficient experience. We had worries when we retrospectively looked at the motel, but I think when the right staff members are there, they show that they care about being excellent in their delivery of good service. They did a fine job overall. Maybe the bathtubs could use a nice scrubbing before people arrive, though. There was a bit of a tub ring.

I prefer to support small businesses, so I chose RVInn. It was a good place to stay even if the rooms are smallish 1950s size. But the nice people running the business were great and I recommend this for your stay in the Pioneer Valley.

The staff were great. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. The back of the hotel was unkept and because of that there were a few bugs in our room. It was a good value for a quick stay just 2 nights. Free wifi and a large TV.

I have two things to say. I am 75 years old and the shower was very slippery. I would suggest hand rails in the shower for my safety and yours! Also, a full length mirror would be nice. I love staying there, I have stayed there before and it's very comfortable nice. Thank you.

Great budget-friendly family-owned hotel! My room was very clean and had clearly been recently renovated - brand new fixtures in the bathroom and new flooring. The bed was comfortable, the linens and pillows were good quality, there was even a microwave (along with a nice large fridge) in the room. The owners just bought the property a year ago and live on the premises; they are super sweet and grew up locally so they have recommendations for restaurants and activities. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable.
